Behind-the-scenes

This spot was shot on the Lumix S1H coupled with the Leica R set.

The production consists of 2 sections: studio and outdoors. While the studio setup was much more controlled - we lit it with simply 2 Apeture 1200x’s outside, and an Amaran F22c inside, the whole production generally has a very documentary style to it. The focus was more on capturing the moments rather than grabbing the exact shot in post. the S1H, being an relatively old camera, shined in these situations. Stunning Lumix color science, unbelivable in-body stabilization, and great dynamic range, packed in small mirrorless body, all contributed to how we managed to shoot this.
